Do you have the right stuff?Few gain the opportunity to become members of the GNS team. It's not because we aren't hiring. GNS grows at the rate of about two employees per month. But we're careful in selecting new team members. As an engineer, it's not enough to be highly qualified in one of our information technology specialties. You must have industry certifications and years of experience to back up your degree. New team members also must agree to complete our 90-day boot camp where study is required day and night in order to be qualified to serve GNS clients.
Our demand for staff excellence doesn't stop with our engineers. Business development, accounting, government relations - everyone who's a part of the GNS team is constantly working towards providing superior service. We offer targeted educational opportunities that put our team members on a career path towards increasing responsibilities and rewards. And we prefer to promote from within, providing the mentoring and opportunities to take our staff to the next level and higher.
All GNS contracts are a minimum three-year commitment, with our employment packages on par with the largest enterprises in Saudi Arabia. Our staff members are recruited globally, with every effort made to attract the brightest minds in the Kingdom and supplement those talents with experienced international professionals.
